As a Systems Integration Engineer on the THAAD Systems Integration and Mission Operations Team, you will:

• Perform test planning and coordination across multiple organizations, including the customer, for THAAD sytem test events
• Author test plans, procedures, and reports for THAAD system test events
• Prepare for and conduct test readiness reviews for THAAD system test events
• Lead the execution of THAAD system test events
• Support THAAD flight test planning, analysis, and execution activities
• Perform cross-program coordination during development of system level interfaces for new capabilities
• Lead and support working groups to define/update system interfaces for new capabilities
• Support hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) system level software testing

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering or similar field
• System evaluation and test integration experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
