You will be the Project Management & Planning Ops Sr for the Aviation Safety F-35 and IFG team which is responsible for delivering cost‑effective, schedule‑driven, and technically superior Fighter capabilities.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Project Management & Planning Ops Sr you will be responsible for steering complex project initiatives that enable on‑time, on‑budget delivery of advanced fighter capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead cross‑functional project teams to define scope, schedule, and cost baselines.

• Monitor program performance against milestones and budget, driving corrective actions as needed.

• Coordinate with engineering and supply chain to ensure technical requirements are met on time.

• Prepare and present status reports and risk analyses to senior leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Further Information About This Opportunity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical
  discipline from an accredited university.
• Experience as a Control Account Manager
  (CAM) and/or Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Basis of Estimate (BOE)
  development and proposal preparation
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment

Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
