
Enginneering Manufacturing Planner
About the role
Description:
Responsible for planning of Flight Test Instrumentation details for purposes of building, adding to, taking away from, rework and/or repair of specific instrumentation detail assemblies on Flight Test Aircraft. Responsible for all instrumented aircraft and related units. Responsible for planning operations necessary to fabricate new and/or revised manufacturing assemblies. Responsible for analyzing engineering drawings specifications, etc. to determine requirements for build-up of manufacturing details utilizing, if necessary, computerized mock-up (COMOK) and other new technology as Computer-Aided Process Planning Software (CATIA), Computer-Aided Process Planning Software (CAPPS), and Product Data Management System (PDM). Prepare and maintain necessary parts lists. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance after start.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience reading Blue Prints.
Experience with Manufacturing components and Tools.
Experience with Manufacturing work instructions.
Desired Skills:
Familiar with flight test processes
Experience with PDM:
Experience with EDMS:
Experience with CAPPS:
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
