Description: Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an early career Manufacturing Lead to support the Vehicle Integration Team in Courtland, AL!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provides status of the vehicle, leads planning meetings, seeks inputs from team members and drives 'scrubbing' of the plan
• Seeks technical guidance from the team and leads decision process
• Drives reviews / refinement of the schedule
• Continually performs contingency planning; seeking more advice/guidance
• Ensures effective communication to team members
• Provides status updates via reports utilizing data (earned value, reports status)

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of lean manufacturing
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (U.S Citizenship required)

Desired Skills:

• Experience in High Rate Production Manufacturing
• Strong Verbal and Written Skills
• Strong Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skill
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar software
• Experience with critical path methodology
• Knowledge of Schedule Performance and Earned Value Management
• Industrial Engineering degree

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
