You will be the Financial Management Sr Staff for the Central Finance Team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise earned‑value management across all Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) contracts.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management Sr Staff you will be responsible for driving financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting that enable informed decision‑making across the portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain earned‑value management metrics for multiple MFC contracts.

• Provide accurate cost forecasts and variance analysis to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with program managers and engineers to align financial data with technical milestones.

• Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive monitoring.

• Prepare concise financial briefings and dashboards for executive review.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is requires the selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Earned Value Management
  implementation

• Understanding of DCMA Data Driven Metrics
  (DDM)

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with
  attention to detail and reporting accuracy

• Ability to learn new tools quickly

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  including Excel, Word and Power Point

• Working knowledge of LM EVM policies and
  procedures

• Working knowledge of various Finance
  functions (i.e. EVM, Material Management,
  Subcontract Management, Contracts, Estimating,
  Planning, FP&A, etc.)
  Desired Skills:

• Experience with leading DCMA Compliance and/or

• Surveillance Reviews

• Demonstrated ability to Analyze & Interpret
  complex Program / EVM Metrics

• Demonstrated experience in driving complex
  issues or problems to successful closure

• Effectively manage, communicate and
  implement 1LMX change readiness within Central
  Finance

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
