  • As a System Engineer Asc supporting the THAAD program Missile Defense Systems (MDS) Studies team, you will perform analysis in support of Real World Events (RWEs) for the THAAD Weapon System Engineering (WSE) team.
  • Conduct analysis, organize data, and provide overall RWE support
  • Integrate new concepts into existing simulation tools

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or similar
  • Analysis, or model and simulation experience
  • Experience in computer-based analytical tools such as MATLAB and Python and office applications/MS Office
  • Ability and willingness to work non-standard work hours as necessary
  • Proactive team player and ability to initiate and own tasks
  • Interim Do

D Secret Clearance prior to start:

Desired Skills:

  • Integrated Air and Missile Defense experience
  • Knowledge in preparing written or oral presentations
  • Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
  • Active Secret Security Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
