You will be the Finance & Business Operations Sr. Manager for the Advanced Programs Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team. Our team is responsible for driving business growth, improving profitability, and partnering with program management to deliver successful outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Finance & Business Operations Sr. Manager you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all business‑operations activities within the Advanced Programs line of business.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Drive program execution and support new‑business capture efforts as the finance business partner to the Program Management Director.

Develop business cases, cost‑benefit analyses, and strategic plans that improve profitability and enable growth.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, supply chain, finance, legal, etc.) to align financial targets with program objectives.

Lead a high‑performing F&BO team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
-
Provide senior‑leadership reporting and actionable insights that influence decision‑making and resource allocation.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:

Broad business background with strong financial acumen; proven expertise in program finance, strategic planning and program execution.

Formal leadership experience guiding diverse, high-visibility teams
-
Experience in Earned Value management and proposal capture
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills,
adept at presentation to executive leadership
and coordination across functions.
Desired Skills: -
LRP & Financial forecasting and planning experience

Experience across a broad program lifecycle
-
Capture and strategy experience
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
