• You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Sr.
• Level 3 for the F‑16 International Co‑Production Manufacturing Engineering Support team which is responsible for providing engineering support to both international and domestic F‑16 co‑producers.

What You Will Be Doing

• As the Manufacturing Engineer Sr.
• Level 3 you will be responsible for ensuring all F‑16 manufacturing activities meet engineering, program, and contractual requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues on the production line and implement corrective actions.

• Identify tooling requirements, generate tool orders, and oversee creation, rework, or repair of production tooling.

• Coordinate with international and domestic co‑production partners to align processes and specifications.

• Validate that manufacturing work adheres to engineering drawings, program directives, and contract terms.

• Maintain accurate documentation of tooling changes, issue tracking, and resolution outcomes.

• Strong analytical and technical foundation with gauge controlled tooling.

• Aerospace Manufacturing Experience – Hands-on experience in high-precision, regulated manufacturing environments.

• Value Stream Mapping & Process Optimization – Experienced in mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing efficiency improvements.

• Interpersonal & Communication Skills – Strong collaboration, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
