Description:You will be the Proposal Analyst Sr for the team. Our team is responsible for driving pricing and estimating strategies that win business and grow our portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing:

As the Proposal Analyst Sr you will be responsible for leading complex proposal efforts and business cases for the Lower Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Develop and manage detailed pricing models for high‑value proposals.
Lead cross‑functional proposal teams to produce compelling business cases.
Analyze market trends and competitor data to shape winning strategies.
Collaborate with engineering, finance, and program management to ensure technical and cost alignment.
Present proposal outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Strong financial/analytical/technical skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database systems

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts
• Knowledge of FAR and Cost/Pricing Data Requirements
• High attention to detail and ability to summarize large volume of complex data to influence executive decision making
• Experience using proposal estimating or pricing systems
• Experience with multiple proposal contract types
  Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
