Description: What You Will Be Doing

This position is for an Industrial Engineer Sr supporting new programs in Marietta, GA.

This role will be responsible for the integration of functional Industrial Engineering solutions in ADP by analyzing and developing production plans and schedules, creating and monitoring production health metrics, and continuous improvement activities.

Individual will strive to enhance all production related startup activities through the use of a variety of industrial engineering approaches. Individual may have opportunities to perform as project manager. Will work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and a variety of Production support functions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Industrial Engineering experience in heavy industry

• Project management experience

• Production scheduling experience

• Capacity/Resource planning experience
  Desired Skills:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.

• Experience with analytical and project planning tools and software, including MS Office Suite.

• Experience with statistical analysis (regression analysis, statistical process control, R, Python, Tableau, etc.).

• Experience with database operations (data mining, SQL statements).

• Experience Working with Business Objects (BO) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).

• Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes.

• Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA/ 5s/ 6s, etc.) or experience applying Lean manufacturing principles & implementing continuous improvements.

• Experience within Aerospace Production

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
