What You Will Be Doing:

  • As the Simulation & System Labs

  • Prj Mgt & Plng Opns you will be responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle, coordinating sustainment logistics, and delivering clear status reporting.
    Your responsibilities will include:

    Oversee program procurement, coordination, and sustainment logistics.
    Develop and maintain project schedules and status reports.
    Assess procurement issues, devise resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
    Implement mechanisms to monitor progress and intervene when problems arise.
    Manage budgets and ensure alignment with project targets.

A collaborative, detail‑oriented professional with proven project‑management expertise in procurement and logistics. You thrive in dynamic environments, solve complex problems, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Further Information About This Opportunity:

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Procurement or Logistics experience
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong verbal and communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related or similar field from an accredited college or experience in a related discipline.
  • Experience with MAXIMO and EMAS (Non Production Procurement) Databases.
  • Understanding of direct cross-functional coordination between procurement, receiving, and engineering to ensure timely delivery of mission-critical components.
  • Experience in project management and ability to build and sustain relationships with various teams.
  • Ability to Drive continuous process improvements through daily actions.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
