Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team as a Project Management and Planning Representative Senior at our Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio! Our team is responsible for world-wide sustainment support for the F-35 Aircraft Program.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications:

The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

• At least 3 years experience to project planning and execution

• Experience using Microsoft applications.

Desired Skills:

The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:

• Experience with Aeronautics policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work with company executives and directly with LM customers
• Ability to collaborate with employees with different job codes and locations
• Knowledge and experience working within the F-35 program and interfacing with the Joint Program Office
• Depth of knowledge and application of LM cultural values
• Basic ability in any foreign language

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
