  • Lockheed Martin MFC is seeking a full-time Early Career Manufacturing Planner. In this role, you will

  • Manage production and material planning execution by releasing work orders on time, confirming supply and demand, and maintaining MRP data to support uninterrupted production flow

  • Monitor and analyze material status, inventory accuracy, and schedule performance by creating reports, resolving discrepancies, and addressing shortages, over shipments, and engineering changes

  • Coordinate cross functional activities with Purchasing, Expediting, Engineering, and Operations by communicating risks, supporting material movements, and assisting with DD250 documentation to ensure on time shipments and customer acceptance The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of

  • Enterprise Resource Planning and Material Requirements Planning systems (planning, scheduling, and inventory control)

  • Data analysis and reporting using Excel or similar tools (tracking shortages, performance, and trends)

  • Inventory management and material flow control (cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and stock movements).

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Finance from an accredited college

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis/reporting

  • Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
    Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning and Material Requirements Planning systems (SAP or similar)

  • Exposure to inventory control, production planning, or material coordination

  • Experience analyzing data or creating reports in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)

  • Experience resolving discrepancies or troubleshooting process issues

  • Interest in developing a career in Production Planning & Control

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
