Description:

You will be the Financial Management Staff for the Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering disciplined financial oversight and strategic insight to ensure program success.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management Staff you will be responsible for leading the PrSM Increment‑2 program’s financial management, partnering with planning, program management, and key stakeholders to meet all financial commitments.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Program Cost Control

  • Establishing and Managing Program Cost Baselines

  • Financial Customer Reporting

  • Program Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Business Case Analysis

Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

-Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
-Team player with excellent communication and organization skills, strong analytical ability, and high degree of accuracy with numerical data
-Proven problem solver with critical thinking skills
-Ability to be a mentor for staff and provide guidance
-Ability to interact with senior internal/external stakeholders
-Must be able to work under tight deadlines
-Self-starter

Desired Skills:

-Accounting, Finance, or Business related degree
-Team player with strong communication skills and positive attitude
-Prior experience in LM Program Finance / Cost Control
-Proven experience leading a team

Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
