You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the Missiles and Fire Control Advanced Programs team. Our team is responsible for securing the future of the company and warfighter through program and product development, and you will play a key role in managing subcontracts to support multiple prime contract customers.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Management Senior you will be responsible for overseeing the full subcontract lifecycle, from specification development to award and administration.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Hold procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

• Lead development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials, equipment, and services.

• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and develop evaluation criteria.

• Analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, and recommend subcontractors.

• Write subcontract packages, prepare awards, and administer subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR/DFAR/LMAP/ and MFC Work Instructions
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions
• Experience managing complex subcontracts
• Contract/TINA negotiations experience
• Experience with Cost Plus, Fixed Price and T&M subcontract types
• OTA Experience
• Ability to operate in and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• S4/Hana,P2P, SCNav, SAP Experience
• Control Account Management (CAM) Experience
• Cross-functional knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering, as they relate to subcontract management.
• Excellent communications, negotiations, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to create and present using Microsoft Office tools.
• Project Management experience.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
