You will be the Subcontract Administrator Senior for the team. Our team is responsible for managing complex subcontracting services activities that support critical program deployment, production, sustainment, and major equipment, construction, material, and term contracts.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Administrator Senior you will be responsible for overseeing subcontract administration across multiple programs.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and manage subcontract agreements and modifications.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.

• Monitor performance metrics and mitigate risks.

• Support procurement and logistics for major equipment and construction contracts.

• Maintain accurate records and reporting for term contracts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience purchasing under FAR/DFAR, LMAP, CAP, and other acquisition policies and procedures.
• Expertise in building trades, materials, industrial gases, machinery, and maintenance.
• Proactive attitude with excellent customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage a challenging workload efficiently and effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Self‑starter who thrives as an excellent team player.
• Strong computer proficiency, including experience with SAP or an equivalent system.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
