As a Systems Engineering Cost Account Manager, you will:

• Establish and assess progress multiple Control Accounts (CA) and Work Packages (WP)
• Define and assess completion of scope against the work breakdown structure and organization breakdown structure in accordance with Agile planning and program integrated master schedule
• Plan, assign and determine program performance based on earned value techniques, using Agile processes
• Ensure time phased budget reflects contractual requirements
• Review data for supporting cost and schedule analysis, including identifying and communicating risks and opportunities
• Supply status and updates to the program schedule and Jira planning
• Provide objective progress assessments to the program stakeholders
• Prepare/approve/accept Work Authorizations
• Collaborate with the SEIT organization to create end-to-end integrated solutions
• Lead and coordinate technical product development and reviews through the design lifecycle
• Guide systems integration efforts through the program lifecycle

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience

• Experience with Cost Account Management and/or Earned Value Management

• Systems engineering experience specifically in integration and/or test

• Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines

• Familiarity with Agile planning and execution

• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Agile planning and execution

• Experience with program planning

• Experience preparing Basis of Estimates

• Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management

• Experience with adoption of Business Initiatives

• Demonstrated ability to work in self-directed manner, work independently, and leverage best practices

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
