Description:Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk suppliers.

What You Will Be Doing:

As the Sr. Subcontract Management you will support both FAR 12 and FAR 15 procurements. You will be responsible for:
-Procurement delegation, sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
-Lead the development of subcontract specifications and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

This position is Hybrid- 50% on site Mondays & Tuesdays required

Basic Qualifications:

• SAP experience
• Aero Industry Experience
• Experience with FARs / DFARs, and/or T&Cs with demonstrated ability to make decisions with sound business acumen.

Desired Skills:

Bachelors Degree plus 5+ plus years of supply chain experience
Demonstrated experience with Commercial Item Review Board, Commercial Item Determination subcontracts

Demonstrated Exceptional Compliance Performance:

Intermediate level MS Office Proficiency:

Aero Codes, LMAPs
-Ability to work flexibly both independently and in team environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
