As a THAAD System Engineering Technical Lead for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) program, you will serve as the primary technical interface between the customer and LM program management. In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for identify and documenting future capability development for the THAAD KSA Program
- Be responsible for ensuring all LM components are in sync on technical issues and future capability development plans
- Be responsible for supporting THAAD KSA proposal efforts, providing technical input/insight
- Coordinate acrooss development, production and post-production components
- Be the primary interface with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) KSA Chief Engineer
- Lead technical solutions to emerging KSA THAAD issues
- Attend and approval all KSA related changes at WSEIT CCB

Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
-
Experience with missile defense systems (THAAD, Patriot, Aegis, etc.)
-
Experience with supporting and troubleshooting system level integration
-
Experience supporting proposal efforts
-
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship Required
Desired Skills:

Understanding of overall system engineering

Knowledge of AGILE process

Active Secret Security Clearance

Deep knowledge and understanding of the THAAD Weapon System

Experience briefing leadership (internal and external) on issues

Experience troubleshooting system level integration and testing events with THAAD

Experience developing a technical baseline for proposal activities

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
9x80 every other Friday off
