The Orders-to-Cash organization is hiring an ERP
Business Analyst Senior that will focus on leading
F&BO process and systems transformation in the
Sales Order area. This role provides an exciting opportunity to increase knowledge of the inner
workings of S4 ERP, Cognitus and other
finance applications and how they interact with
the rest of the LM F&BO processes and system
landscape.
Your Mission:
As the 1LMX ERP Functional Analyst, you will
work closely with the Finance and IT ERP
product teams to provide solutions, ensure that
capabilities meet the business requirements, and
informally lead and support all of the Orders to
Cash teams in evolving our capabilities and
reshaping our operations. You will be key in
implementing the overall 1LMX vision for
Finance, capitalizing on best practices, and
guiding activities. You will partner with cross functional teams to implement the tools and
processes that were defined in our detail design
phase. Your responsibilities will include (but not
be limited to) the following:

• Managing the functional requirements
• Testing and configuration of automation
  opportunities in S4 and Cognitus
• Drafting and executing Test scripts and
  procedures
• Working with part-time functional analysts in
  support of the program schedule
• Collaborating with the technical analysts to
  ensure the functional requirements are
  understood and met
• Coordinating with internal teams and functions
  to confirm the definition of requirements
• Contributor of the Delta Detail Design (Defining
  future processes) efforts of the Orders to Cash team

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with financial processes
• Understanding of the sales order process
• Exposure to 1LMX
• Ability to collaborate across BAs and
  technical/function workstreams
• US citizenship required due to system access

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SAP
• Experience with S4 Contracts & Sales Orders
• Experience in financial project leadership
• Leadership Development Program graduate

Ability to Work Remotely:

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $93,800 - $162,610. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
