You will be the Camden Property Analyst Manager for the Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing property lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence at our Camden site.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Camden Property Analyst Manager you will be responsible for leading the Asset Management function, guiding daily operations, and serving as the primary liaison for government and customer agencies.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide strategic Asset Management leadership and guidance over daily operations of the Camden site.


• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and best‑value/operational‑excellence standards.


• Manage the property life‑cycle for capital, customer, and government owned property.


• Lead and mentor the onsite team of Asset Management professionals, cultivating a collaborative culture of continuous improvement.


• Support unique contract requirements for bunker storage, aging, and act as the onsite liaison for audits and stakeholders.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires  selected candidate must possess an Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
- Prior demonstrated leadership of a team
- Demonstrated experience working with Government/Customer representatives, DCMA Property Administrator, DCMA Plant Clearance Officers, Contracting Officers, and other stakeholder teams
- Subject matter expert of FAR/DFAR requirements and company policies
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience with SAP S/4 HANA, MMS, and other LM used tools
- NPMA certification
- Lean six sigma certification
- Knowledge of GFP Module
- Demonstrated problem solver, identifying risk and developing a corrective action plan
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
