What does this role look like?

National Security Space is seeking a Program Manager to deliver contractual operations and analysis capabilities within the Remote Sensing Mission Segment leading the Widows Web program within Remote Sensing Ground. You will be responsible to grow and deliver mission relevant capabilities in support of program requirements and user needs.

In this role you will have the following daily key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with LM Space organizations including F&BO, Contracts, and Engineering & Technology to deliver on contract requirements and deliverables.

• Be responsible for the overall cost/schedule/technical execution of the Forecast Simulator program.

• Lead a dynamic team in supporting traditional requirements as well as driving innovation.

• Engage regularly with government officials, industry partners, and suppliers on behalf of Lockheed Martin.

• Stay up to date with relevant mission knowledge and have the ability and willingness to develop innovative approaches for satisfying the diverse customer requirements that are technically superior and efficient.

• Assist with program capture activities.

• Deliver a positive customer experience.
  Basic Qualifications:

• Project or Program management / leadership experience with demonstrated ability to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

• Experience interfacing with customers and external stakeholders.

• Experience with Agile development.

• You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
  Desired Skills:

• Mission Domain knowledge, specifically in the Operational Analysis domain.

• Proven track record of establishing relationships with customers and other stakeholders.

• Experience as a CAM or with earned value management principles.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly adjust to changing priorities.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
