The Lockheed Martin Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) team is seeking an Engineering Records Analyst to be part of a team developing missile defense technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to adversity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to professional engineering staff in the submissions of job packages to our customer.
  • Tracks, statuses, and maintains control of engineering submissions such as Parts and Approval Requests and Galvanic Assessment.
  • Coordinate with onsite visits with suppliers and/or customers.
  • Take and maintain meeting minutes when applicable and assist with any internal or external calls with regards to Parts, Materials, and Process Control Board.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to maintain and organize of large amounts of data/information

  • Willingness/eligibility to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance, US Citizenship is required
    Desired Skills:

  • High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education and more than 3 years of experience

  • Experience working in the aerospace/defense industry

  • Experience maintaining central control of engineering documents

  • Experience tracking engineering metrics reported to management

  • Active or Current Secret clearance
    Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:

9x80 every other Friday off
