We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate engineering student who is interested in working with the best and brightest team of Aerospace Mechanical Engineers. A team that is responsible for concepting and designing highly complex tools that build the worlds best helicopters.
Candidate will:
Develop new tooling concepts. Present tool concepts to their lead and customers for review to obtain approval to proceed to detailed design and tool build.
Ensure tools are developed and produced in compliance with Sikorsky design requirements and customer expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience with CAD, 3D.

Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerance application.

MS Office products.

Strong background in additive manufacturing processes and applications preferred.

Desired Skills:

Experience with CATIA.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, design of mechanical components, Statics & Dynamics.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
