Description: What You Will Be Doing:

Digital Sustainment & Analytics is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join the DSA Integration Office supporting the DSA Organization in initiatives across all lines of business in Sustainment Operations. This role supports the DSA Leadership and Integration Office by managing and owning the Operational budget for an organization over 500 individuals. This role will interface with Teams across Sustainment to shape and influence processes and procedures across the organization.

• Specific duties for this role include provide oversight of the DSA Overhead budget, Allocated Direct Charge budget, frequent communication with team members, Control Account Managers, OBS Managers and Capability Leadership.
• Lead automation and efficiency initiatives related to the Operational Budget (e.g. Tableau, MS Teams, HUB, etc.)
• Prepare monthly analysis and presentations for senior leadership
• Review and reconcile charging to ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin Business Rules and Standards
• Support the DSA Financial Integration Lead by applying Earned Value Management system principles to financial integration initiatives.
• Support DSA Integration Office Manager in all other assignments as needed

This position will require entry into an Area Controlled Access (ACA) facility – US Citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain a final Secret Security Clearance

Basic Qualifications:

• Be able to obtain Lockheed Martin PPM (Control Account Manager) certification within three months of hire

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in finance, business, related disciplines or equivalent years of experience

• Advanced experience with Excel, familiar with XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivot tables/charts, macro level automation, etc.
  Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging data to identify trends, assess performance, and provide recommended solutions

• Experienced in Project Management, Earned Value Management (EVM) and/or Cost Accounting

• Experienced in developing/creating dashboards in Tableau or related analysis tools

• Comfortable with communicating and briefing Senior Leadership on a monthly business rhythm
  Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
