THE JOB
The Parking Supervisor oversees daily parking operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and guest-friendly experience. This role is responsible for maximizing parking revenue, managing prepaid and ADA guest accommodations, and maintaining the house parking list for VIPs and special guests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Communicate with the venue’s core team about staffing, upsell availability and overall execution of parking lot.

Communicate with the box office manager during the day of show to trouble shoot any opportunities that arise with guests, upsell availability or equipment.

Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue.

Communicate daily specials on Premier and Guaranteed parking to guests
-
Provide suggestions to venue leadership based on feedback from team and guests during the day of show. Suggestions may include topic such as pricing strategies, best practices and team execution for both presales and day of show.

Secure and reconcile day of show ancillary sales.

Partner with GM, OM and Box Office Manager on day of show ancillary pricing

Set up any DOS parking signage, tents, and tables

Attend Manager/Supervisor meeting and share any updates concerning day of show upsells

Distribute Park Hub devices to crew members, ensure pricing is accurate, and device is connected to Wi Fi
-
Conduct preshow meeting with all parking crew members
-
Make rounds through the parking lot; check in at all transaction locations and talk with crew members and guests; take time to observe and note what is working/not working each show

Return all equipment to proper storage at the end of the night

Complete seller close out forms and remind Box Office Manager to sell through Park Hub transactions

Recap any concerns with core leadership team

Similar positions located outside of

Live Nation takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. In compliance with the CO EPEWA, a potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
The expected compensation for this position is:
$20.80 USD - $26.00 USD Hourly
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
