THE JOB

Allianz Amphitheater is seeking Venue Cleaning Crew Members to support all cleaning operations and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, artists, and staff. This is a part-time, seasonal position that plays a critical role in the overall guest experience.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Execute pre-show, during-show, and post-show cleaning operations across the venue

  • Conduct detailed inspections to ensure all public and backstage areas meet cleanliness standards before gates

  • Support waste management and sustainability efforts, including recycling and composting initiatives

  • Assist with end-of-night venue reset, equipment storage, and debris removal

  • Maintain and properly use cleaning equipment and supplies

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs

  • Work collaboratively with Operations and other departments to ensure a seamless event experience

  • Follow all safety procedures and venue protocols

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Experience in janitorial, custodial, or venue cleaning environments preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Clear communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Reliability and consistency in fast-paced, high-volume environments

  • Physical capability to walk, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

The employee may be needed to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds or more with proper lifting techniques. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, far vision, and color vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, cold weather, wind, dust or dirt, and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Employee may be exposed to strobing lights.
