WHO ARE YOU?
Cleaners must be thorough, careful and consistent in their work as they clean the venue. The Cleaning Crew is responsible for maintaining the venue’s cleanliness post-show to the standard set by management and ensuring the venue remains secure while on the property. Cleaning starting rate $20 per hour this is a part-time show day role so hours will vary based on events, but mostly evenings and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITES:

Clean, stock, and supply designated facility locations

Sweep/mop floors and vacuum carpets
-
Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers.

Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sanitizer, etc.

Clean and buff mirrors and windows
-
Keep all guest and artist facing areas clear of debris and trash

Carry out occasional heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Ensure supply rooms/areas are fully stocked and maintained

Practice professional workplace etiquette

Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cleaner

Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, climb stairs

Must have reliable transportation (May be required to work until after public transit has ceased for the day/night

Must be able to lift up to 55lbs.

Must be able to work evenings into overnight and weekends
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

¿QUIÉN ERES?
El personal de limpieza debe ser minucioso, cuidadoso y constante en su trabajo mientras limpia el recinto. El equipo de limpieza es responsable de mantener la limpieza del lugar después de los eventos conforme a los estándares establecidos por la gerencia y de asegurar que el recinto permanezca seguro mientras se encuentren en la propiedad.
El salario inicial para limpieza es de $20 por hora. Este es un puesto de medio tiempo para días de evento, por lo que las horas variarán dependiendo de los eventos, principalmente en las noches y fines de semana.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Limpiar, abastecer y surtir las áreas designadas de las instalaciones
- Barrer/trapear pisos y aspirar alfombras
- Lavar y desinfectar inodoros, lavabos y regaderas
- Reabastecer papel higiénico, toallas de papel, jabón, desinfectante, etc.
- Limpiar y pulir espejos y ventanas
- Mantener todas las áreas para invitados y artistas libres de basura y desechos
- Realizar tareas ocasionales de limpieza profunda y proyectos especiales
- Notificar a la gerencia sobre deficiencias o necesidades de reparación
- Asegurar que las áreas/cuarto de suministros estén completamente abastecidos y en buen estado
- Mantener una conducta profesional en el lugar de trabajo
- Seguir todas las normas de salud y seguridad
CALIFICACIONES:
- Experiencia comprobable como personal de limpieza
- Debe poder permanecer de pie/caminando por períodos prolongados y subir escaleras
- Debe contar con transporte confiable (puede requerirse trabajar hasta después de que el transporte público deje de operar)
- Debe poder cargar hasta 55 libras
- Debe poder trabajar por las noches, madrugada y fines de semana
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita

The expected compensation for this position is:
$16.90 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly
