THE ROLE:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our team. This role plays a key part in managing billing, accounts receivable, retail commissions, and month-end close activities. You’ll work closely with teams across Retail, Licensing, Operations, and VIP/Premium business to ensure invoices are accurate, revenue is recorded properly, and financial data is reliable.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Prepare and issue accurate invoices for VIP/Premium business, including VIP deals, band comps, crew orders, supply orders, internal projects, and other rebillings.

Manage inventory billings for international tour and e-commerce operations.

Oversee licensing accounts receivable, issuing invoices based on internal and external statements.

Monitor Retail chargebacks and submit disputes promptly to minimize revenue impact.

Prepare monthly Retail commission statements and coordinate commission payment requests.

Support Retail month-end close, including sales allowances accruals, commission accruals, sales reconciliations, and quarterly true-ups.

Issue credit memos to resolve valid claims such as shortages, damages, returns, and recalls.

Review billing data carefully to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure billing information is complete and correct.

Assist with collections on past-due accounts.

Maintain organized documentation to support audits and internal reporting.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-
At least 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar accounting roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
-
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines with confidence.

$72,000.00 USD - $90,000.00 USD
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
