Role Description
Working within Global Touring, you will be a key member of the team in overseeing all aspects of the business in delivering and planning events. In this role you will be involved with all aspects of touring logistics and fulfilment, with specialisation in the unique elements of Country and Americana touring. You will be working alongside the event organisers to enhance the fan experience and generate revenue for the artist while developing new country business for Live Nation across the UK and Europe.

Who you are Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Solid prior experience working in live entertainment, ideally as a talent buyer or agent in UK and / or Europe, is essential
- Pre-existing, strong relationships with agents, managers, and promoters in the Country and Americana space are essential
- Experience working on club through arena level+ concerts is essential
- Expert knowledge on international markets, festivals, and marketing opportunities is essential
- Prior experience working across complete tour legs is ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in international touring
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, is essential
- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage task and work under pressure
- Ability to liaise directly with local Live Nation offices, internal Touring team, agents, and other artist touring personnel

What the role includes
- Buying Europe tours in the Country and Americana genres
- Being the primary point of contact for artist and local Live Nation teams in pursuing Europe tour deals
- Working collaboratively with artist and Global Live Nation teams to negotiate and close most beneficial deals for all parties
- Regular, strategic travel to the United States, with a focus on travel to and relationship building and maintenance in Nashville
Comms across internal departments (including but not limited to)
- Working with Tour Director to lead communications across internal departments
- Oversee the tour as a whole from inception to final settlement
- Collect and manage avails for tour routing
- Aggregate local budgets in Salesforce tour software (Rome), with the ability to understand local markets, currencies, and cross collateralisation as part of business plan building process
- Relay pertinent information to wider Touring Department (further detail below)
- Form a united, effective, and efficient team as the primary Live Nation tour contacts
- Working with Tour Director and Touring Ticketing department to collate ticket prices, collect Platinum proposals, collect VIP proposals, review and manage holds, review sales figures, and assist with communication on any necessary changes from inception to tour completion
- Working with Tour Director and Touring Marketing department on announcement and on sale schedules and aiding to maintain communication between departments on any necessary campaigns inception to tour completion
- Working with Tour Director and Touring legal team to draft tour agreements and related individual show deal memos based on business plans and tour offers
- Working with Tour Director and local offices and Tour Reps on pre-tour communication, production matters and day-to-day issues as tours play out
Tour finance tracking (including but not limited to)
- Working with Tour Director, Touring finance team and Tour Reps to track finances across tours from inception to reconciliation
- Relaying financial deal points
- Aiding with information needed for hedging
- Reviewing pot trackers
- Reviewing settlements from night of show to final versions
- Ensuring all necessary information is collected for final tour reconciliation and artist payment
- Providing data for use and increased efficiency in future Touring projects
