We serve some of the biggest names in entertainment across attractions & clubs with operations spanning 15 countries across North America and Europe.

THE JOB
As a Senior Product Manager at Universe, you will apply your passion for technology and live entertainment as we work together to build a world-class, highly scalable Event Ticketing platform. Working closely with our Engineering, Design, and Business Development teams, you will help be the voice of the customer, understanding their needs, and translating those needs into next-generation products that they will love.
You’ll accomplish this with a get-it-done attitude, sharp attention to detail, and you’ll work to evolve and iterate our platform helping to bring it to the next level.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Define, own, and evolve the product vision and roadmap for your area, leveraging AI-enabled insights and a strong user- and innovation-centric lens to identify high-impact opportunities
- Identify, validate, and prioritize complex customer and client needs using a combination of traditional research methods and AI-assisted analysis
- Lead cross-functional alignment across BD, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Support, proactively managing stakeholders, navigating trade-offs, and driving clarity on priorities and decisions
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders, translating complex insights into clear narratives that drive alignment and decision-making
- Own and elevate product discovery practices, integrating AI into qualitative and quantitative analysis to ensure teams are solving the right problems with speed and rigor
- Drive end-to-end product development, from MVP definition through iterative improvement, incorporating AI to streamline workflows while maintaining high product quality and user trust
- Be a key contributor to the build phase by ensuring the product meets and exceeds the quality and methodologies that make our product a leader in the space
- Partner with your squad to plan sprints, run effective ceremonies, and maintain delivery momentum, using data and AI-assisted tools to improve predictability, velocity, and focus
- Measure, analyze, and report on product metrics to help grow, innovate, and improve
- Lead and mentor product managers and/or cross-functional team members
- Continuously evolve how product work gets done, introducing new tools, frameworks, and ways of working that improve team productivity, insight quality, and outcomes
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- Proven years of work experience in product management
- Experience integrating AI into core product management workflows (discovery, prioritization, delivery, and iteration), using strong product judgement to evaluate outputs
- Experience or strong interest in people management, including coaching, mentoring, or leading product managers and cross-functional team members
- Track record of scaling product practices across teams or orgs
- Experience working in ticketing and/or the events/music industry is a bonus
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA, GitHub, and modern product development tooling
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, technical aptitude and experience with data-driven decision making
- Skilled at working effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Solid sense of customer empathy and a passion for building quality products
- Experience working in a start-up or a marketplace environment an asset
