THE JOB
The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the venue. This role provides cross-functional support across departments, assists with internal operational processes, reporting, and cross-functional coordination, and serves as a point of contact for general guest and internal inquiries. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide general administrative support across departments, including scheduling assistance, internal communications, and office coordination
- Maintain office operations, including supplies, inventory, deliveries, and vendor coordination
- Assist with invoice submission, recordkeeping, and documentation management
- Support operational logistics and departmental projects as assigned
Payroll, Reporting & Process Support
- Assist with payroll processes by collecting required information and tracking submission deadlines
- Support labor tracking, reporting, and compliance-related processes
- Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and documentation
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items to support timely completion of operational processes
Guest & Internal Communications
- Manage incoming calls and shared inboxes, including general inquiries and ADA-related communications
- Respond to routine guest inquiries using established guidelines and resources where applicable
- Document and track guest interactions, escalating issues to appropriate teams as needed
- Monitor guest feedback channels and communicate trends or concerns to management
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track tasks, manage deadlines, and follow through on assignments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within established processes and guidelines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a venue, entertainment, or live event environment preferred
The expected compensation for this position is:
$20.00 USD - $25.00 USD Hourly
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
