The Role:
Are you an ambitious and detail-driven accountant ready to take the next step in your career? This is your chance to join the Finance team at Live Nation and own the numbers behind one of the world’s most exciting live entertainment businesses.
Sitting within the Sponsorship stream and reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you’ll join the team as a Management Accountant and be the financial backbone of the operational team, delivering accurate reporting, supporting audits, and providing day-to-day accounting guidance to stakeholders across ANZ.

What you’ll be doing
- Month-end management: Prepare journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and deliver accurate P&L and variance analysis against forecast.
- Forecasting and budgeting: Compile monthly P&L forecasts, annual budgets, and detailed forecast and budget packs.
- Cash flow monitoring: Prepare and monitor cash flow projections to support financial planning.
- Compliance and reporting: Prepare and lodge GST reconciliations across Australia and New Zealand, and support internal and external audit queries.
- Operational finance support: Provide day-to-day financial guidance to the Sponsorship team, including invoice generation, vendor set ups, intercompany transactions, and bank payments.
- Ad-hoc analysis: Complete project reconciliations and deliver financial analysis and reporting as required.
What you’ll bring
- Accounting qualifications: CA or CPA qualified, or working towards it, with demonstrated experience in accounting and reporting, ideally within a large corporate environment.
- Reporting capability: Proven ability to deliver accurate P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis with a strong eye for detail.
- Stakeholder communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across teams and geographies.
- Time management: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Technical proficiency: Advanced Excel and data management skills; experience with Oracle and/or BPC is a bonus, and comfort adapting to new systems like One Stream is a plus.
- Industry passion: A genuine love of music or live entertainment is highly regarded and will set you apart.
