The Role:
- Selling venue merchandise to fans including seat upgrades, access to lounges and decks and other miscellaneous items offered on a show-by-show basis
- Following all state and local health guidelines as directed by the CDC
- Responsible for handling money, accounting for amount received during the show and the beginning and end of show
- Helping answer questions from guests regarding the venue and merchandise
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 30+ pounds
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and posses strong sense of teamwork
- Working in a rain or shine outdoor event venue
- Showing a heart of service while interacting with our fans
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Assist with venue clean-up and tear down at the end of each show, which may include, but is not limited to assisting with trash pick up, moving furniture and picking up lawn chairs.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
