THE POSITION- TALENT ANALYTICS AND FINANCE INTERNIn this role you will focus on supporting & collaborating with Talent Analytics and Finance in Live Nation’s US Concerts business.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:

• Support recurring reporting and analytical workflows for both the Talent Analytics and FP&A teams.

• Work closely with team members to develop a broader understanding of how analytics and financial planning support Live Nation’s business.

• Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects evaluating performance trends and financial outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, improved analytical methods, or emerging technologies including AI.

• Contribute to a defined internship project established at the beginning of the program.

• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.

• Help prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations used by internal stakeholders.

• Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to generate insights that inform business decisions.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Gain experience working with business data, financial information, and performance metrics.

• Build experience collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Understand how financial planning, forecasting, and analytics support strategic decision-making.

• Develop the ability to analyze datasets and translate findings into meaningful insights.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, preferably studying Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

• Recent Graduate or Junior or Senior Standing

• Curiosity and initiative to explore new analytical approaches and improve efficiency.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.

• Ability to communicate insights clearly and work collaboratively across teams.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance analytical rigor and strategic thinking.

• Interest in data analysis, financial analysis, or business analytics.

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.

This program is during Summer 2026.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$16.90 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
