About the role:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team at Live Nation in Melbourne or Sydney, working across the full digital mix to connect artists with fans at scale.
In this role, you'll deliver end-to-end digital marketing activity across social, email, SMS, and web, driving fan engagement, ticket sales, and brand growth. You'll bring strong instincts for social trends and content, paired with a sharp analytical eye for performance metrics and campaign optimisation.

What you’ll be doing:
- Digital strategy execution:
Deliver multi-channel campaigns across social, email, SMS, website, and other digital touchpoints to drive ticket sales and grow audiences.
- Social media management:
Create and schedule content across Live Nation's social channels, staying ahead of trends while maintaining platform best practices and a strong understanding of reporting metrics.
- Email marketing:
Build and manage email campaigns including segmentation, automation, personalisation, and A/B testing to optimise performance.
- Content creation:
Ideate, source and produce engaging content that reflects Live Nation's tone of voice and resonates with fans across all channels.
- Reporting and insights:
Analyse campaign performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable reporting to inform future marketing strategies.
- CMS and data management:
Manage tour content across the website and uphold data governance standards in line with company policy.
What you’ll bring:
- Email marketing experience:
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Content creation skills:
Proven ability to source, create, and schedule content across a broad range of digital channels.
- Analytical mindset:
Solid understanding of digital performance metrics, with experience producing insightful reports and presenting to stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency:
Experience with Content Management Systems (ie. Wordpress) and tools like Canva for social content, presentations, and reports.
- Attention to detail:
A meticulous approach to content quality, campaign accuracy, and data integrity.
- Adaptability:
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, staying cool under pressure.
