THE TEAM Ticketmaster is a part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company. Our vision is to connect people around the world to the live events they love – and we are now seeking a skilled and driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the Belgian market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and combines strategic thinking with a very hands-on approach.
The Marketing Team is dedicated to generating and maximizing fan demand to drive ticket sales. This is achieved through the creation of engaging content across all relevant local marketing channels. A key focus is nurturing client relationships while showcasing our extensive reach through precise targeting. This includes leveraging marketing automation, CRM, paid and organic social media, search (SEO & SEA), and programmatic advertising. Additionally, the team actively promotes our marketing services whenever possible, aiming to build client trust and foster long-term collaborations.
THE JOB
As our new Marketing Manager, you will oversee a variety of tasks and responsibilities. You will be the force behind defining and executing marketing strategies that drive demand, increase brand visibility, and grow sales across both B2B and B2C audiences. A key focus for this role is to build and maintain strong relations with all our clients, ensuring effective marketing planning and execution to drive up ticket sales and client satisfaction. At the same time, you’ll lead a small team of marketing professionals, guide the local implementation of campaigns, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
This position requires both a strong strategic outlook and hands-on responsibilities for daily operations. You will serve as a key member of our local management team and contribute to our regional marketing initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Develop and implement local marketing strategies aligned with business goals and global brand position.

Lead a small team of marketing professionals, managing performance, development, resources, and budgets to ensure efficiency and high motivation.

Plan, execute, and optimize local campaigns across digital channels (B2C and B2B).

Collaborate with commercial teams to tailor marketing solutions that meet specific client needs.

Maintain and grow strong client relationships through consultative marketing support and bespoke campaign planning.

Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to adjust marketing strategies and improve ROI.

Actively contribute to local and regional marketing discussions to align efforts and share best practices.

Occasionally manage relationships with the media and press to ensure positive brand representation.

Champion a collaborative and proactive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

Higher education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and reporting.

Proven team management skills and experience overseeing budgets and resource planning.

PR experience and ability to handle local media relations confidently.

Hands-on experience with email platforms, social media, planning tools, and CRM systems.

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, CMS platforms, and basic HTML is a plus.

Fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written).
