THE JOB
Assist VIP Tour Rep by executing a seamless and exceptional experience for fans. You are the first face the VIP will see when they check-in for their VIP activation, so a friendly, informed and engaging presence is essential to providing the high-level standards VIP Nation is known for by the artist and fans all over the world.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Follow prompts for arrival, uniform and what to bring with you
- Represent the artist and VIP Nation in a professional, friendly, and accommodating manner
- Greet/check in fans and manage will call lists via i Pad
- Possess knowledge of the VIP offerings and answer fan questions including communicating directions or personally escorting fans to the next area
- Provide high level customer service and desire to help
- Set up/break down the VIP hospitality room
- Set up/break down the check in location and dedicated VIP entrance
- Maintain positive relationships with venue staff and VIP Nation staff
- Be reliable & punctual
- Ask questions
- Handle company electronics with care
- Prepare gift bags and count merchandise inventory
- Carry boxes, water, supplies up to 50 pounds
- Distribute credentials and merchandise
- Take guest photos at photo opportunity locations
- Report any mishaps or guest complaints/issues to the VIP Tour Reps
- Follow all backstage and tour protocol including but not limited to staying out of restricted areas, filming or posting sensitive materials or backstage areas.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- Prior event and/or music touring experience helpful but not mandatory
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Ability to provide high level customer service
- Quick-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Follow directions and complete assigned tasks
- Ability to make clear concise decisions, and ask questions without hesitation
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Basic knowledge of Apple products and app use
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time and carry up to 50 pounds
- Due to the nature of the position, candidates must be at least 18 years of age
- Candidates must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S. at the time of application.
