The Role:
This job listing for Catering/Dining Room Assistant/Dishwasher at the BankNH Pavilion offers a chance to make a meaningful environmental impact within the entertainment industry. In this seasonal role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our catering the best in the business. This position requires a true team player, willing to work in any role that would come in a kitchen/restaurant environment. This role works under the guidance of the Catering manager.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:
Required:
- Ability to work late and extended hours
- Flexible schedule
- Excellent communication skills and punctual
- Must be able to comply with sanitation, safety, and health codes
Preferred:
- 3 years work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
- Experience in a live music environment or comparable role
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
- Working environment is fast paced, often loud and stressful
- Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet both indoors and outdoors
- Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
- Intensely physical environment
- Must be able to operate an industrial dishwashing machine
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Acute sense of judgement, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings.
- Responsible for entering availability 3 weeks in advance through the ABIMM system. Employee is further responsible for communicating with the supervisor should that availability change.
- Ensuring that time worked is accurately captured through the ABIMM system.
