As a Writer CS representative, you'll be responsible for handling/reviewing/creating/modifying all the texts and contents in the LINE Pay service. It is the opportunity for you to enjoy transforming the technical contents into better user understanding words.
LINE Pay is a premium payment service that attaches great importance to user experience and voice of customer, keep maintaining service quality. We are looking for a team member with passionate, professional work experience in text communication to join us.
Responsibilities

Communicate with customer and cross function team directly.

Take responsibility to managing texts/contents/wording in the LINE Pay service, to close good customer understanding.

Follow cross language translation procedure to handle translation requests/tasks in LINE Pay Taiwan.

Acting as point of contact of cross language translation tasks in each project in LINE Pay Taiwan.

Mainly handle translation for language EN -> CH, or KR -> EN -> CH.
Qualifications

BS degree or above
-
Have great CH/EN ability. (CH/EN/KR ability is preferred.)

Have good understanding of user communication.

Have tech writer, contents writing abilities.

2-3 years of relevant experience or working in mobile service company are preferred.
