Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide a wide range of practical legal advisory and support to various functions of the company

• Work in close collaboration with local and global stakeholders on new initiatives and draft documents such as terms of service and relevant contracts as may be required to carry out such business model

• Work on group-wide arrangements and strategies

• Draft, review, and negotiate on a wide variety of commercial agreements in English or Chinese

• Support in corporate governance matters

Basic Qualifications

• 4-6 PQE of legal practice in law firm and/or in-house

• Law degree from an accredited university

• Admitted to Taiwan bar

• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payment industry would be a plus

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Well-organized and able to manage and execute numerous projects independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify legal risks and provide effective solutions
