We are seeking a result-driven, passionate, and business-savvy talent to lead the Beauty Category at LINE Shopping. The ideal candidate possesses deep e-commerce/retail industry expertise and a proven track record in navigating** fast-paced, high-pressure environments**. As a key partner in our ecosystem, you will not only provide professional digital marketing and commerce solutions but also serve as a strategic consultant who leverages AI-driven efficiencies to drive win-win performance for both LINE and our top-tier beauty clients.
Responsibility

Performance Leadership: Monitor and manage key sales KPIs (GMV, Revenue, Gross Profit, ROI). Demonstrate** high data sensitivity** by identifying growth opportunities or potential risks from complex datasets and taking proactive actions to ensure target achievement.

Strategic Planning & Consulting: Design and propose sophisticated sales promotions and advertising strategies. Use** structural thinking** to help beauty brands optimize their marketing mix and achieve market-leading ROAS/ROI.

Key Account Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level or brand leads, maintaining long-term partnerships and enhancing** Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)** through deep industry insights and customized commerce solutions.

AI-Powered Efficiency: Actively integrate** AI tools and methodologies** to streamline workflow, automate data reporting, and enhance proposal quality, setting a benchmark for operational excellence within the team.
Qualifications

Industry Expertise:8+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing. Previous experience in the Beauty category is highly preferred.
