We are looking for a person who is interested in HR function, to help us to deal with the most of matters related to employee issue. In the HR team of LINE Pay, you can handle most of HR function, such as people operation, staffing, C&B and so on. Welcome the candidates who are patient, detail oriented, responsible and passionate about LINE Pay service.

Responsibilities

• Handle compensation and benefit tasks

• Provide and make HR related reports if needed

• Implement and promote occupational safety and health program

• Assist in Employee Communication Committee arrangement

• Liaise with external vendor to carry out related program such as health management

• Support tax report of expatriate employees

• Other ad-hoc projects or tasks.

Qualification

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently

• Good communication skill in English

• 5+ year of experience in HR function role is preferred.

• Familiar with labor law or OSH related laws is preferred.
