Responsibilities

撰寫新聞稿、聲明稿及其他對外溝通素材，支援公關與投資人關係溝通。
擔任公司與投資人、分析師之溝通窗口，建立並維護良好關係。
與財務及相關部門合作，辦理投資人會議及法說會，準備相關資料與簡報。
蒐集媒體報導、輿情動態及產業資訊，並進行整理與分析。
處理危機事件、敏感議題或突發狀況之回應及溝通應對。
Draft press releases, statements, and other external communication materials to support public relations and investor relations communications.
Serve as a communication contact for investors and analysts, and build and maintain strong relationships with them.
Work with Finance and relevant departments to coordinate investor meetings and earnings calls, and prepare related materials and presentations.
Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry developments, and conduct related compilation and analysis.
Handle communications and responses related to crisis situations, sensitive issues, or unexpected incidents.

Qualifications

具3年以上媒體關係或投資人關係相關工作經驗者佳。
具備良好中英文書面及口語表達能力，且能獨立作業。
具備良好邏輯思維與資訊整合能力，注重細節，能清楚掌握溝通重點。
具備優秀的內外部溝通與協調能力，能跨部門團隊合作並與外部利害關係人有效。
具備議題敏感度及應變能力，能在時效壓力下完成任務。
3+ years of experience in PR or IR is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to work independently.
Good logical thinking and information synthesis skills, with attention to detail and the ability to clearly identify key communication points.
Good internal and external communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal functions and communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
Good sensitivity to issues, responsiveness and adaptability, and the ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines.
