Job Responsibilities

Summary of the Position

Responsible for setting up drill presses, press machines, automatic assembly machines, and spring machines for completing subassembly parts for Harris regulator, torch and safety equipment. Performs work per Subassembly work instructions to meet quality and productivity standards. Position necessitates a high regard for ISO requirements.

Key Deliverables

Correctly complete subassembly parts

Production standard met or exceeded

Work environment cleanliness and organization

Correctly performed quality checks.

Key Accountability Metrics

Satisfactory ISO and QC audits:

Efficiency reports

100% accuracy on sub-assembled components

Performance appraisals

Production rate

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience Required – 1 year of related work experience and High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred – Experience related to manufacturing; basic computer knowledge
