应急事宜

1 重大事故紧急通报(立刻通知组长)

2 设备重大故障紧急通报(立刻通知组长)

3 质量问题通报(立刻通知到巡检QA与组长)

4 物料短缺(立刻通知到组长)

发生问题时请通知班组长。

配合工作

1 协助设备部门进行保养计划的执行(配合保养)

2 配合计划部门进行盘点计划的执行(盘点)

3 配合质量部门执行质量控制程序(取样,质量监控点监控,不合格品处理)

Job Responsibilities

常规工作

1.上班前检查工作区环境卫生及设备情况,与上一班次操作工工作交接。(设备的检查与清理、

产品轻拿轻放、封口温度需关注包之前需预热、封口位置整理整齐封口后平整无褶皱、了解标签张贴规范)

2.了解当班的工作内容及特殊产品包装的注意事项。

3.注意机械设备工作情况,如有问题及时报告给班组长安排维修避免影响产量。

4.报表如实填写,随时检查产品质量情况有问题及时通知班组长。

5.随时保持现场卫生整齐干净。

6.下班前做好交接工作。
