Job Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Work with warehouse, operations, and production teams to forecast needs.
- Track shipments and manage logistics when required.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and negotiate favourable terms.
- Monitor market trends and changes in product availability or pricing.
- Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.
- Review requisitions and issue accurate purchase orders.
- Source materials and services that meet required specifications.
- Request and evaluate quotes, comparing cost, quality, and lead times.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Assist with supplier onboarding and contract reviews.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, with exposure to supplier negotiation and ERP systems (SAP)?
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable pricing and terms.
- High level organizational and communication skill
- Experience dealing with a broad range of SKU
- Strong customer focus and have track record of efficiently managing inventory requirements
- Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory levels, lead times, and logistics.
