About the role

Position Summary

The Sports Photographer/Videographer will assist the league coordinator by capturing photo or video during LT Sport league experiences. LT Sport leagues may include but are not limited to basketball, volleyball and soccer.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works closely with League Coordinator to ensure member satisfaction
  • Shoots various events, including tournaments and league nights
  • Edits photos to be used on social media and league websites
  • Photographs fans and in-game presentation
  • Assists with archiving of photos
  • Tells stories through innovative photo, video and digital media
  • Directs production of video content

Position Requirements

  • Previous sports photographer or video experience
  • Proficient in photography techniques, including lighting and camera positioning among others
  • Travel to various sites around community required
  • Experience with media streaming tools (i.e Facebook Live)
  • Must use own equipment
