Position Summary
The Outdoor Pool Deck Lead supervises daily operations of the outdoor pool which includes: safety of all members, overall member experience, lifeguards, supervisors, bistro supervisor, outdoor member services and pool deck attendants. They are in charge of making sure the outdoor pool experience complies to SOP.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Engages with members to build positive relationships
- Ensures Team Members are delivering quality member experience
- Ensures the pool area remains clean and in like new condition
- Organizes and oversees all outdoor pool events
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of related experience
- CPR for Adult, Child and Infant (obtain within 60 days)
- First Aid (obtain within 60 days)
Preferred Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of management experience
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to make decisions quickly and easily
- Self starter, reliable, responsible and dedicated
- Ability to swim and maintain alertness at all times
