Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics

Lead analytical projects from requirements gathering through recommendations and implementation support. Partner with service centers, product owners, project managers, and other teams to improve customer and employee experiences. Analyze KPIs, product releases, and service initiatives using quantitative methods, including A/B testing. Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Conduct business and process research to evaluate opportunities, feasibility, costs, and potential impacts. Develop reports, dashboards, models, and analytical tools to support business decisions. Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes, reporting, and analytical tools. Present clear findings and recommendations to stakeholders, management, and senior leadership. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, business, or a related quantitative field and three years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience. Experience with data analysis, statistical concepts, and business research. Proficiency in SAS and SQL; Snowflake experience preferred. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas. Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools. Strong problem-solving, communication, project management, and stakeholder relationship skills.
